Our Mission
Managing complex technological infrastructures, like telecom networks,
but also transportation and energy, will require advanced enterprise
management systems in the future complied by software from many
vendors and based on many different technologies.
UHC aims to provide the "glue" that will bind these systems
together to work in unison.
We aim to provide tools that are easy to install and apply to solve
your problems and to scale with your needs both in capacity and
complexity.
We aim to offer our customers top quality support and assistance
with a high degree of continuity and availability. We believe in
personal responsibility and relationships between our employees
and our customers. Every customer is therefore assigned a key accountant
which is responsible for the service provided to the customer.
We focus on forward and backward compatibility in our tools with
seamless portability and interoperability between older and newer
versions of our tools.
We believe that the principles and technology of TMN
addresses most aspects of operational, tactical and strategic management
of IT systems. The application of TMN based
technology promises improved efficiency, flexibility and scalability,
hence solutions to the key problems of managing large scale heterogeneous
systems that no other equivalent concept or technology has yet been
able to offer.
But we also believe that the road to successful deployment of the
TMN technologies goes through cost competitive
solutions with minimal requirements to skill and economy of the
developers as well as the end users combined with first class support.
Projects
The Q3ADE tools are based on a continuous series of international
research and development projects since 1990, which means that Q3ADE
represents a period of 10+ years of theoretical and practical experience.
UHC is still continuously involved in these research and development
projects.

Our History
UH Communications (UHC) was founded December 1, 1995 with the purpose
of providing software development services and tools for IT management
under the common brand name Q3ADE.
UHC specializes in the development of IT management software with
a considerable expertise in telecommunications management networks
(TMN and CMIS/CMIP) technology, CORBA and SNMP.
In June 1999, UHC opened its subsidiary UH Communications Inc.
in USA to support the American market. UHC Inc. is located in Colorado
Springs, CO.
UHC has provided tools and TMN solutions to more than 30 companies
worldwide, including NTT, Tellabs, Ericsson and Siemens.
