If you want to withdraw your personal information and/or have your account deleted, then you may request this by using the "Close the account" on the web-site or contacting UHC by e-mail, phone or letter. UHC may refuse your request, in case you have already purchased a product or a service from UHC, in which case  UHC is obliged by law to keep records about you as a customer.
