Ridge Communications Inc. selects UH Communications Q3ADE 3G to Provide Network Management Platform.

UH Communications (UHC) and Ridge Communications Inc. (RCI) have partnered to deploy Q3ADE 3G, an integrated enterprise management system.  Q3ADE 3G is an enterprise platform that provides Network Operations Center (NOC) alarm management, incident management and first level technical support capabilities from a centralized remote location. 

Greg Parros, RCI's Vice President of Operations, stated "we evaluated a number of different options before choosing the UH Communications network management platform.  It was our determination that Q3ADE 3G provided the most attractive combination of features, flexibility and value.  The system's adaptability and secure multi-user interface was incredibly important to our environment and operation.  This flexibility allows RCI to offer our customers direct but separated access to real time operational information from different networks and simultaneously provide our support personnel with the same operational data on a single platform.  It was also our conclusion that Q3ADE 3G provided advanced integrated alarm and incident management features that will facilitate longer term growth and evolution of NOC support services."
