UHC introduces favorable tools migration program

UHC hereby announces its tools migration program, an opportunity for customers using TMN tools comparable to Q3ADE to migrate their software to Q3ADE with a minimum of risk and cost.

The tools migration program offers:

• Highly qualified support from UHC's TMN experts to port your software to Q3ADE
• 75% discounts on development licenses
• Special conditions for royalty depending on existing documented agreements
• Full refund of license costs if migration is not completed

The program is initiated with immediate effect and will last to end of 2002. (Extended to end of June 2003).

A typical scenario is: A customer using a 3'rd party TMN tool in some context wants to asses the risk and cost involved in porting her solution to Q3ADE. UHC will analyze the customer's current use of the TMN tool and provide the customer with a tender, including cost of licenses, migration support and continued support in the future. The customer may choose to do the migration herself with the assistance from UHC or leave it to UHC. If the migration fails, then the customer may decide to cancel the project. UHC will refund any license cost paid to UHC during the project.
